Ignite and Wyoming Weight Loss Six Week Contest

Watch the Ignite Pilates Core Blog the next six weeks as Tonya (Head Ideal Protein Coach at Wyoming Weight Loss in Gillette, Wyoming) and Teran (Pilates and TRX instructor and owner of Ignite Pilates) support, encourage, and challenge each other during a friendly body fat percentage and inches lost competition on the Phase 1 Ideal Protein protocol and by doing Pilates and TRX five times a week.

Teran and Tonya will weigh on a BCA to measure body fat and weight, and also take weekly body measurements each week. Watch the blog for progress and weekly updates about the journey!
