At Ignite, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our group-fitness classes in Gillette, Wyoming. One of our top priorities as your movement coaches is to keep you committed to your goals, and staying on track with your health and fitness. To make sure we can accommodate everyone who wants to take classes, we are highlighting our group-fitness class late cancellation and no show policy for our clients.
So, you’re booked for a TRX or Pilates class, but something comes up and you can't make it. What should you do?
Don’t freak out. We understand that things come up! Maybe you don’t feel well, or your kids are sick, or work is getting in the way—life happens.
But, we do need you to cancel your reservation IMMEDIATELY by using our MindBody Connect App. Simply click on the SCHEDULE option to view and cancel the session you are booked for before the class starts.
If you don’t do this at least four (4) hours in advance of the class start time, or if you do not show up (no-show) for the class you are charged a fee:
$10 charge on TRX / Suspension Pilates classes
$20 charge on mixed Equipment Pilates classes
If you no show, which means you do NOT cancel on app or tell anyone you are not coming, three times on any class you will lose your pre-booked spot and will have to sign up for that class and time every week.
Cancelling your class if you are sick or can't make it allows for people who are on the wait list to plan to make it to the class. Movement coaches also have families, other jobs, or just have busy lives as well. Please be mindful of your coaches time.
There are a few exceptions: weather, sickness and emergencies. If there is an emergency (work or personal) please try to cancel your class before it starts on the App. And, always text your coach if you can't make a class—we can remove the “late cancel” fee:

Also, please remember that three people are needed to hold a class. The class may, or may not, be cancelled if there are not three people signed up at least two hours before the start of the class. You will be notified by the movement coach two hours before the class if it is cancelled.
If you need to down grade your membership there is a $50 fee to cancel your current contract and re-issue a new membership. You may upgrade at anytime with no fee.
If you want to cancel your contract with Ignite, there is a $50 fee and you must complete paperwork to cancel. Text message, email or voicemails are not accepted. Please notify your movement coach that you'd like to cancel and they will give you the paperwork to do so. Once the paperwork is turned in, your membership will can cancelled.
Ignite does not offer refunds. If your membership is on an auto-renew (most come out of your bank on the first of the month) it is non refundable.
