Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) was invented by a U.S. Navy SEAL who needed a way to keep himself and his fellow SEALS in top shape no matter where they were in the world. Suspension training body-weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously, so you get a total-body workout every time you train.
The TRX Suspension Trainer used at Ignite is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
